Easier Launch · Tier 3
Expand into a new market. Without betting the company on a hunch.
Easier Launch is a structured, validation-gated 16-week project to take your brand into one new market — the US, or a single EU country. The first three weeks are a hard gate. If the market is not ready, you find out before the big money moves.
- 16 weeks, one market
- Phase 0 go / pause / redirect gate
- Pause and the 2nd payment is void
The Phase 0 gate
Three weeks that can save you £20,000.
Most expansion fails the same way: a founder believes in a market, spends heavily to enter it, and learns the hard truth from the P&L. Easier Launch puts the truth first.
Phase 0 is a hard gate. For three weeks we pressure-test the market with real evidence — and it ends in one of three verdicts: go, pause, or redirect. On a pause or redirect, the project stops and the second payment is never due. We would rather lose the back half of a fee than help you burn a five-figure launch budget on a market that was not ready.
- Desk research into the target market
- 5–10 qualitative customer interviews
- A 50–200 person quantitative survey
- Amazon demand-signal analysis
- Verdict: go / pause / redirect
The 16 weeks
A sequenced launch, not a leap.
Every phase is gated by the one before it. Nothing scales until the thing under it is proven and stable.
- Weeks 1–3 · Phase 0
The validation gate
Desk research, customer interviews, a quantitative survey and Amazon demand analysis. It ends in one honest recommendation: go, pause, or redirect. On a pause or redirect, the project stops — and the second payment is never due.
- Weeks 4–9 · Phase 1
Parallel build
On a GO only: Amazon Seller Central, paid media, creative built from real Phase 0 customer language, Shopify Markets configuration, Klaviyo, and full EU or US localisation — built in parallel.
- Weeks 9–10 · Phase 2
Sequenced activation
A checklist-gated go-live. Nothing switches on until the step before it has been signed off. No launch-day surprises.
- Weeks 10–16 · Phase 3
Stabilisation
Optimisation, troubleshooting and a clean handover, so the new market runs steadily — not just launches loudly and then wobbles.
Pricing
Priced by market. Paid in two halves.
Launch is costed on a transparent £100/hour basis. 50% at the start, 50% at activation — and if Phase 0 says stop, that second 50% is never charged.
Phase 0 + Amazon test
£4–7k
Validation plus an Amazon Seller Central test only. The lowest-risk way to read a new market before committing.
US market launch
£10–18k
A full validation-gated launch into the United States across Amazon, Shopify and paid media.
Single EU market
£14–25k
A full launch into one EU country, including the additional localisation and compliance work an EU market needs.

Straight answers
Launch questions.
What happens if Phase 0 says do not launch?
The project stops there, and the second payment is never due. A pause or redirect verdict is a success, not a failure — it has just saved you a five-figure launch into a market that was not ready.
How is Launch priced?
On a £100/hour basis, scoped to the market. A US launch runs roughly £10–18k, a single EU market £14–25k, and a Phase 0 plus Amazon test alone £4–7k. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% at activation.
Why only one market at a time?
Because focus is what makes an expansion work. One new market, properly validated and properly built, beats three half-launched. A maximum of two Launch projects run at once.
Do I need to be an existing client?
No, but Launch is sold mainly to stable Partnership clients — because a launch only works on top of a healthy home market. We will tell you honestly if yours is not ready yet.
What counts as evidence of international demand?
Organic overseas orders, international traffic, search volume, or Amazon demand signals in the target market. Phase 0 exists precisely to test whether that early signal is real.
Enter a new market with evidence, not optimism.
Book a scoping call. We will tell you honestly whether your home market is ready — and whether Launch is the right move yet.
- One market, done right
