How much does the Partnership cost?

There is no fixed package. The monthly fee is simply the sum of the active modules you choose, plus the strategic layer — typically £2,000 to £6,000 a month. You see every line item.

Why is it capped at four clients?

Because Anthony leads every engagement personally. Four active Partnership and Launch clients is the honest ceiling for senior attention. When the cap is full, there is a waitlist.

Is there a lock-in?

A three-month minimum so the work has time to land, then it rolls on 30-day notice. You own every account and asset throughout. Leaving is never a rebuild.

Do I have to scope it from an audit?

It is cleanest from an Easier Profit Audit, because the scope is then evidence-led. If you come direct, we run a two-hour intake diagnostic first.

Will you replace my existing agencies?

Only where they are the weak link. Often we keep good specialists and simply brief and conduct them properly. The point is the system working — not collecting logos.

How is this not just another retainer?
